I am looking for a biennial flight check.
I need someone to perform this in the UK.
I have a CPL ME IR but only require PPL validation.
Anyone out there?

Mike,

You pose a reasonable question, I was just thinking how this can be done without an AOC, and I cannot think of a way in a VH registered aircraft.

CAR 2 (http://scaleplus.law.gov.au/html/pastereg/0/51/0/PR000060.htm) para (7)(d) does not list a BFR as a private operation.

However if you do it in a G registered aircraft, and JAR rules allow you to have a flight check by an instructor that is CASA licensed or validated, so be it.

Your intentions maybe noble, however if you had a BFR and it turned out not to be legal, and subsequently had an accident, insurance companies might wash their hands of it.

:ok:
