I know there's heaps of it going on, I know there is usually a requirement to spend XX years working as a loader before getting wings, but what are the realities for budding Ag flyers in Godzone?

Got plenty of time?
Or plenty of cash?
Significantly more expensive than training in Oz, if you can find someone to sell you a rating that is.
Can be a long haul if you get into a company that will train you - 3 to 10 years if ever, apparently.
Exceptions of course, but a very solid percentage of pilots and loaders in Oz are ex Kiwis, simply because it is so hard to get a go in NZ.
Check out www.fieldair.com.au and www.aerialag.com.au
Good luck.
