O.K. so you hand in your notice and then your are told by the personnel manager your company pension that you have been paying in to since you joined is fully transferable.
Good you think because the new company has a good pension scheme so you go through the process of transfering it across and wait....
Finally a letter comes through from your new administrators saying that they are unable to obtain the money from the previous ones.
To do with the old companies administrators refusing to sign a warranty. how many others of you have had this problem? how did you sove it? any ideas?
