Hey all, I start a new job in a couple of weeks, one that carries with it a new and higher level of responsibilty than my current job. Granted, these jobs are only bar work, well bar supervisor/management, but every other place i have worked at I have moved my way up the ranks from the bottom earning respect and authority along the way, this new job is the first time I have actually started a job with any authority bestowed apon me.
I am after some tips from people who have walked into new jobs (postings) with assumed authority (rank) as to how to do the best job and make the best impression to both management and my workers.
It is only a short seasonal job, around 3-4 months and everyone working there is only there for the seasonal fun and working to pay rent and beer $
:ok:
