I came across this picture of an Evergreen International Casa 212-200 in Panama

http://www.airliners.net/open.file/746270/M/

I was surprised to come across it as I thought they only operated B747's.

Does anybody have any info on their Panama Ops??

Are they even working out of their anymore?

The Casa's are under Evergreen's Helicopter (not airline) Division. I believe the Panama operation is/was run out of their Alaska office (ironic, isn't it?).

Evergreen Helicopter Division (http://www.evergreenaviation.com/EHI/fleet.html)

Not certain if they are still operating in Panama, but I remember talking to someone who worked as a pilot for them-- some sort of (US I believe) Government contract.

I will try to remember asking next time I talk to him.

Thanks for the reply Panama Jack.
I'm heading down to Panama for a surfing trip in October, it would be nice to know who to speak to their while I'm in country. I'll send a few emails away to Alaska:ok:
