Good Morning from Vienna,
I should be leaving my old and beloved 35 for a 60 soon.
Could you please give me some tips?
Any typical learjet idiosynchrasies on the 60.
I have flown extensively the 55, but never got close to a 60.
Thanks

Not typed myself, but I've read that the Lear 60 braking system is/has been a problem.
Here is an AD (http://www.casa.gov.au/airworth/airwd/ADfiles/over/lj60/LJ60-003.pdf)
Nice aircraft, biggest Learjet cabin, best Learjet range, .79@FL450 ... well you know that!

Hasnīt the Lear 60 basically the same wing and wheel assembly as the Lear 31? No wonder it has problems.

Watch out using the reverse in strong crosswinds. Coupled with small tyres and brakes, short runways and strong X/winds are always fun!
