EL AL Jobs

Hi there, I'm looking for some information about EL AL.

I'm an Australian and my girl friend is Israeli. We are talking about getting married in the future and moving to Israel. I am not Jewish but obviously if we were to untertake the marriage and move I would eventually get an Israeli passport. My question is if I have an Israeli passport, am not Jewish and have not served in the Israeli Airforce but have enough civilian flying experience, would I be considered for a job with EL AL? Do non ex-airforce guys get jobs there? Any information about anything related to this would be much appreciated.
