Hi Barfly1900,
Cirrus Airlines is part of the Cirrus Group consisting of Cirrus Airlines, Cirrus Aviation (Executive), Cirrus Flight Training and Cirrus Maintenance. It is a small company with about 650 people and therefore nearly no fluctuation of staff. However the minimum requirements for F/Os are 1000h and instrument experience. What makes it more difficult is the fact that they give their pilot students the opportunity, assuming all tests are passed, to become a pilot for Cirrus Airlines or Cirrus Aviation. So it seems to be impossible to get in at the moment…
Cheers
