New MD82 for 1 Time ?

Long time no JIA. Saw a white MD 82 with tapered tailcone parked there today. Haven't seen one in Sub Saharan Africa yet. Only saw the tailsection protruding from the Aeronexus hanger. Could this one be for 1 Time perhaps ? Also a very small DC 9 look alike or a very small DC 9 parked next to the hanger in 1 Time colours. This MD 82 must then be post 1986 model MD82. Looks like 1 Time is expanding some more. Taking any crew perhaps ?

The smaller DC9 is a -15 (N491SA if I'm not mitsaken), first of its kind in SA, another 1 is expected soon. Did you catch the colours of the tapered tailcone? The only 'tapered' MD82 in SA I've seen in ZS-OPU flying for MN, have a squiz on airliners.net.
