My e-mail to SACAA:

"Could you please e-mail me the contact details of the person who oversees Grade 1 instructor ratings.

Yours faithfully

Their reply:

"Dear Sir, I would like to assist but we do not have a list of instructors overseas.

Send a runner with a message on a stick, or try sending the message by means of drums, it's probably more understandable for the new SACAA, they might even send an expedition out to your part of Africa for a fact finding mission or indaba...

Remember your manners, when they do arrive. Slaughter an ox and give the liver and heart to the leader of the expedition, and don't expect Dr. Livingstone, maybe Mrs Mavis Nkososana Zuma or similar...;)
