Recruitment at vueling

I heard that vueling are recruiting in BCN next week, anyone got any info on the interview format?
Does anyone out there know much about the company, i know the pay is not very good!;)

It is very bad pay F/O around 1300€ gross basic Captains around 2300€ to be added with sectorpay and allowances. After holiday, courses or sim you find yourself with nothing left to live from. It is never payed correct you have to chase them every month for corrections. Housing in BCN very expensive. 4 to 5 sector days 12h duty > 85-100hrs in 28 days (60 min flights). Managements (DO and chiefpilot) authority is not based on expirience or interpersonal skills. (Should be natural and based on who you are) So they are very status minded and tell everybody they are the boss.(and show you the car) A company to avoid, but a lot of guys from Aeroloyd V-bird Volare etc... As soon as other options arrive the majority will leave. And a lot already did. No general respect for the people and cutting the corner everywhere. Pay self your parking medical etc....
