can anyone out there point me towards any links of notar helicopter footage, looking imparticularly for a clip of md helo giving a demo of backing into trees. any pointers would be appreciated. HMM.

A Sporty's training video "So You Want to Fly Helicopters" includes a segment on MD's NOTAR system and shows a 600N backing into trees. I don't know of it being available as a download online however.

I was given a video for xmas a couple of years ago called 'Helicopters, The Ultimate Profile', it has that very piece of footage in it, and also some Notars going upside down etc... It's produced by DD Video.
