So what does everyone think of easycruiseone?

Anyone up for a no-frills cruise around some of the glamour-spots of the Med?

I must say that the beds look mightily uncomfortable ........ I don't fancy it myself. :suspect:

It's not really saying much to me either.

They're hoping for the young, fun-loving, hard-drinking and partying, outrageously behaved types - apparently it is seen as the ideal venue for a stag or hen do. :D

The plain and simple furnishings and cabins will be easy to hose down to clean off all the vomit from the wild nights the passengers will enjoy, we assume. :yuk:

Think along the lines of Club 18-30 Goes To Sea.

In fairness, the basic cabins are very simple but I doubt the market this is targeting really care too much about creature comforts. You can pick and choose your length of cruise, anything from two to fourteen nights starting whichever day you like.

Having checked the website today, the suites aren't too bad although considerably more expensive (they have a window and a much bigger bed!). Doesn't look as if they're bothering much with food on board but then the idea is that everyone will go out to eat and party each evening so not much else will be required.

Stelios knows exactly what market he's in and I'm sure he'll do very well.

I imagine the male crew will have a busy summer with all those hen parties.....

Perhaps a couple of large trawl nets or similar around the boat would be of help to keep the number of passangers from swiftly diminishing ...

............SPLASHHHHH........ pluck.....:ouch:

"Stelios knows exactly what market he is into"

Couldn't disagree more. He has completely messed up every venture other than easyjet.
Easycar-lost 30 million
Easynetcafes- lost tens of millions and by his own admission his worst mistake.
Easymobile-another disaster (only 5,000 subscribers ).

He had one brilliant idea and now seems to be out of touch with consumers needs.:ugh:

Read an article about it yesterday.......... you're advised not to shower whilst at sea because you'll most probably flood your cabin. Glamorous!

Can't say it appeals to me. In fact, not a chance in hell you'd ever get me on that thing!!
