Linking attachments to proon postings

I know this has all been covered before but I can't find it.

Can some kind soul please tell me how I can add attachments to my postings in the proon forums, especially email attachments that I have filed in my mailboxes.

For the record I am fully paid up with Nortons and I never open attachments from senders I don't know so I should be virus free.

I have some really cool stuff on file and I would really enjoy sharing it.

You can't attach attachments from your pc to a post on here. If you want to show a picture it needs to be on the web and you need the url.

If you've got some stuff like images, videos etc, i'd be happy to host them on my server then you can post a URL in a thread to the file for people to follow?
