Guys,
On a recent thread (sadly - and typically- hijacked by those wanting to have a personal scrap that doesnt serve the great majority of us or the industry) someone alluded to problems in pilot retention at Westpac Lismore. Can anyone expand (please please please without degenerating into personal slanging though)? Is the problem to do with tasking, aircraft, the board, pay etc etc??
