Against the JAA?

Yes Goaround, 32 in total comprising 16 737NG orders by SkyEurope in Slovakia including 12 via GECAS for delivery in 2006 and 2007, and 16 "purchase rights".

Eaglejet pilots paying for the deal?

Oh dear, this old "pay for training" and "pay for job" argument. Yes, we must somehow prohibit and outlaw pilots and prospective pilots from paying for their aviation medicals, aptitude testing, ground theory and studies, introductory flights, ppl, cpl, instrument ratings, instructor ratings, atpl, type ratings, pay for training, pay for experience, .........

Yes, why not, lets just stop most pilots under JAA or ICAO from flying. Most of these reputable guys are tainted and corrupted by the same process.
