HI Fly Student! to answer your question, FCA should normally operate with 6 cabin crew on the 757.

Due to cabin crew shortages though, it's very common for them to operate with Minimum CAA cabin crew complement, which is 5.

(their configuration on the 757 is 233 pax. Minimum cabin crew complement is 1 every 50 seats and one for each pair of doors on single aisle aircraft which on the 757 makes it 5).

To keep you in the picture they operate with 6 on the A321 as well (218 pax = minimum 5) and 5 on the A320 (180 pax = minimum 4).
On the old 767's they use 9 (312 pax and twin aisle aircraft = minimum 8). Not sure about the new 767 as it's a completely different configuration.

Good luck on your interview!!

FBW:)
