I'm thinking I want to learn another language while I'm living in London...

Can anyone suggest where I might be able to learn either German or Spanish (I'm only going to study one or the other) in London, that has a flexible learning program, is a decent school / tutor and isn't going to cost me a testicle?

I've tried the obligatory internet & yellow pages search but haven't found anything jumping out at me, so suggestions or experiences would be appreciated.

Cheers

If you're interested in learning German, the Goethe Institute is a good place to start. Its a German Culture/Language centre and they have branches all over the world. They do all sorts of German courses, and you can organise one on one tutoring with them. The courses are excellent (I've done one in Sydney) but *but* it will probably cost at least one testicle, if not two.
They might be able to give you names of local independant tutors as well.

Good Luck! Hope this helps...
