Flight Time limitation

Hi everybody!
Anybody can help me to this?
I am trying to find the Flight Duty Time regulations for Pilots and Cabin Crew in Sweden but it has been impossible, so Do you where can I find them? I have tried to see in the Swedish CAA but I am not able to understand the language...

Also it would be helpful if anybody can tell me which is the average salary for a Captain and a Pilot in Sweden operating regional aircraft.

Every company make up their own system, which the CAA then approves or dissaproves.....

but most of the swedish operators use the old swedish point system....very complicated, but you can work about 40 hours (work hours, not block) a week. about 12 hours a day at the most.

would guess a regional captain makes about 3k euros a month...
