Scottish Parliment are seemingly considering an Application to make a New Large Internatioinal Airport in the Central Belt area instead of having both Airports but having Very Fast Train links

The Parliament has not come up with a really good money wasting scheme for some time :O
Scotland has missed the boat as far as a hub is concerned.
