Hey everyone,

Just a quick question....... This time last year Britannia were running a cadet (part) sponsorship scheme.

Anyone know whether or not this is going to be running again soon? Or any others for that matter (apart from CTC obviously)?

Thanks alot guys, any info would be great.

FlyBE tend to run a part-sponsorship annually - details are on Cabair's website.

Thanks guys,

But this is not the same program they were running twelve or thirteen months ago. This is the scheme which was running before christmas. Where you have to pay the whole thing yourself and there is no guarantee of a job.

The one last year, was something like - you had to cough up the first £15000 or so and they would cover the rest and employ you at the end of the course (providing they needed people). Which sounds safer.

you have answered your own question.

I can't see them running two schemes, can you?

Best bet... apply for the first available scheme and stop faffing around. The chances of getting on any scheme are slim, so don't pin your hopes on one particular one...especially when so few are around nowadays.

If Britannia/Thomsonfly get enough people through their new programme where the student pays all the cost why on Earth would the reintroduce the old sponsored scheme? The beancounters would have a fit!
