Ciao a tutti,
leggendo il nuovo documento ENAC relativo alla normativa sui nuovi limiti di volo e sentendo voci di corridoio, mi sono posto alcune domande.
C'è una parte dove si parla della possibilità di estendere le ore di volo a patto di avere a bordo un pilota addizionale che sostituisca i piloti per permettere loro di riposare.
Secondo quanto scritto a pagina 7 al paragrafo 8.1.2 punto d):
d) il membro di equipaggio di condotta che sostituisce il membro di equipaggio in riposo sia in possesso di qualificazioni professionali uguali o superiori a quelle previste dalla JAR-OPS 1.940 e relativa Appendice 1.
La JAR-OPS 1.940 dice che:
Appendix 1 to JAR-OPS 1.940
In-flight relief of flight crew members
(a) A flight crew member may be relieved in
flight of his duties at the controls by another suitably qualified flight crew member.
(b) Relief of the Commander
(1) The commander may delegate conduct of the flight to:
(i) Another qualified commander;
or
(ii) For operations only above FL200, a pilot qualified as detailed in subparagraph
(c) below.
(c) Minimum requirements for a pilot relieving the commander
(1) Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence;
(2) Conversion training and checking (including Type Rating training) as prescribed in JAR-OPS 1.945;
(3) All recurrent training and checking as prescribed in JAR-OPS 1.965 and JAR-OPS 1.968; and
(4) Route competence qualification as prescribed in JAR-OPS 1.975.
(d) Relief of the co-pilot
(1) The co-pilot may be relieved by:
(i) Another suitably qualified pilot;or
(ii) A cruise relief co-pilot qualified as detailed in sub-paragraph (e) below.
(e) Minimum requirements for Cruise Relief Co-Pilot
(1) Valid Commercial Pilot Licence with Instrument Rating;
(2) Conversion training and checking, including Type Rating training, as prescribed in
JAR-OPS 1.945 except the requirement for takeoffand landing training;
(3) All recurrent training and checking as prescribed in JAR-OPS 1.965 except the
requirement for take-off and landing training; and
(4) To operate in the role of co-pilot in the cruise only and not below FL 200.
(5) Recent experience as prescribed in JAR-OPS 1.970 is not required. The pilot shall,
however, carry out Flight Simulator recency and refresher flying skill training at intervals not
exceeding 90 days. This refresher training may becombined with the training prescribed in JAROPS
1.965.
(f) Relief of the system panel operator. A system panel operator may be relieved in flight by a
crew member who holds a Flight Engineer’s licence or by a flight crew member with a qualification
acceptable to the Authority.
LA MIA DOMANDA E':
Leggendo quanto dice JAR-OPS per sostituire un comandante c'è bisogno del ATPL (e quindi di almeno 1500 ore di volo).
A questo punto, nessuna compagnia aerea italiana potrà assumere un pilota con poca esperienza per fare da relief pilot perchè non in possesso di ATPL ma solo di ATPL frozen.
Ho capito bene ? Dovranno assumere solo piloti con l'ATPL ?
Qualcuno sa come si stanno adeguando le varie compagnie italiane ?
