I am planning on writing ATPL exams at Gatwick in July. Can someone recommend accomodation near the test centre? Or does someone want to share hotel expense? I am arriving on Sunday and write Monday until Thursday, leaving Friday.
Regards.

Thanks you guys, I'll check them out.
Would it be more practical to rent (hire) a car, or take a taxi? Is the testing centre reasonably straight forward to find?
Cheers.

There are lots of small B&B's within walking distance from the Belgrano - I stayed at some a few years back, home run, clean and very reasonable, the CAA normally has a list.

Well, I booked a room at the Gatwick Travelodge. 50 pounds a night, walking distance? I hope so.

Yes but if it's raining and windy you are in for an exciting walk for about 1 and a bit miles up the side of a dual carriageway!
