I have recently completed my PPL(H) and am considering joint purchasing an N-registered Hiller UH-12 for some safe and economical rotary time.
I have in the past only rented club machines so I know very little about the complexities of ownership, let alone on the American register.
I would be very grateful for any information, hints/tips regarding ownership on the N-reg, licensing requirements, type rating etc before I take the plunge!
