Just a question - didn't you know that before applying for the job?

CO state the following on their site:

Possess and maintain a valid United States passport (or foreign passport with applicable VISA) and have the right to travel freely in and out of the United States, to and from all cities served by Continental Airlines without restriction
Authorized to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Fulfill a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required ten-year work history review, a criminal background check and submit to fingerprinting

So, you'd need to read-up on the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 to determine your right to work in the US.

Hope this helps!

Danzet think the answer is No if you do not have the right to work in the USA.
