I have an upcoming sim check, followed by interview, and medical with Eva Airlines.
Does anyone have the following current information?
1. What is the sim profile and what are they stressing (i.e. aircraft handling, etc.)
2. What is stressed in the technical interview (FAR's, systems, scenarios, etc.)?
3. Package - I was told for an F.O. on the B744 first year salary is USD6,000/ month including overtime plus a per hour of USD3/hour. Pilots average 80-90 hours per month on the B744 and housing allowance is max of NT25,000 per annum or USD800 per month. Training is for four months - 1.5mos. + 1.5mos for IOE. In addition 1 month wait time prior to IOE for CAA license. What about medical, dental, retirement fund, family travel, etc.?
4. Negotiable - is the salary negotiable based upon current demand?
5. Upgrade - I was told a minimum of one contract then work as relief captain after that. What has been the recent trend based upon this seniority based system?
