Job situation in Asia?

I've just read on a previous post named 'how long after training' that viper 2 was mentioning that the job market in asia is much more pilot friendly than here at the moment?
Can anyone shed a bit more light on this, with perhaps a touch more detail?:confused:

that 's the problem in this industry, nobody can tell you .you have to go and see by yourself.
a job come, you have 24 hours to take it, or someone take it.
