Like everything in BA it all depends whether you are in the right place at the right time!

Also depends on whether you want LGW WW or LHR WW.

I spent 2.5 years on LHR EF before transferring to WW, which I think is pretty average.

A friend of mine from the same initial course as me was prepared to go to LGW WW and it only took him 9 months!

How long is a piece of string??? :D

Depends how many people are leaving, retiring, new routes opening/closing etc etc.

Can sometimes go months without a transfer then they might transfer 150 crew a month for 3 or 4 months running.

It also depends on what Eurofleet your on as contracts differ between LHR and LGW . The latter is not part of the ACC NSP (Air Cabin Crew National Selection Panel ) which is responsible for transfers and promotions within any Mainline Fleet and excludes Eurofleet Lgw even though they are on BA PLC contracts
