Airline are planning to start flying to Lahore by extending their Delhi service using A330-200, pending Indian approval, Pakistani authorities have given them the rights to operate CMB-DEL-LHE.

Well, since India's flag carrier for all intents and purposes is Emirates (+ baby Srilankan), I dont think there will be any dount they will get DEL-LHE authority as well. As it is they are already operating (if my memory is correct) BOM KHI and also to suc lucrative closed stations like CCJ.
Fits in well with the government of India's worst kept secret strategy of propelling Air India and Airlines on itheir path to destruction.

They recently started routing Karachi flights via Bombay both ways with full traffic rights, 3 x weekly A320.
