Hello everyone,

I am attending college to get my degree in aviation flight technology (4 yr.). When I graduate I will have all my licenses incl. instructor ratings. I live in MI. which amounts to alot of clouds and crappy weather. I just want to get some advice on what to do after I graduate in terms of instructing to build my hours. Basically my plan is to move to a region with more favorable weather in regards to flight instruction. I was wondering also what kind of pay instructors earn teaching at a local flight school compared to pay one would receive teaching at an accredited flight academy. Any advice or experiences from pilots or instructors would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
