We all have our genuine gripes and moans about the airlines we work for/fly with.

So here it is our own airline........

Obviously the crew uniform would be the most practical, stylish, flattering (and paid for by the company).

The fleet would be the most up to date, and the crewing department would be made up of the best communicators in the business.

But in (semi) seriousness - what would be the ideal T&C's for us at PPRuNe Airways.com? What principle would you shout loudest about?

If an employee is happy, he/she is more likely to bend over backwards to provide sterling service to the customer.

A happy work force is a good work force. However, is it possible to make everyone happy and still be able to run a profit-making airline? We might look at Southwest, but, not withstanding extensively lower labour costs in the USA than Europe, are they all truly happy? One thing is for sure and that is that in the aviation industry at present - and I include ATC - there are too many unhappy demotivated employees.
