Tom and Kevin have around TT1000 flight time.(with some jet experiences and without turboprop experiences.)
They are both aiming for Major Airlines for future career.
They have offer from 2 companies.
First company operates Turboprop from this year and Second company will operate B737 from next year.
Tom decided to enter Turboprop company because he doesn't want waste one year without flying(around 600hrs).
Kevin decided to enter B737 company from next year instead of fly with turboprop to build up more jet time.
Who did his best choice for future career.
