Odd question, but in the job market is EFIS experience a major factor?
I appreciate that, when moving from turbo prop to jet, the more advanced the experience the better. However if a hypothetical job choice arose over say a Dash 8 300 (no EFIS) and a Saab 2000 (full glass and all fancy lookin') would this technology be the deciding factor for people? Would a jet operator care?
Or is life too short, are the other company, location, etc issues more important?
Clearly a subjective choice but opinions would be valued.
