An incident with a Saudi B-747 freighter, Saturday night March 19th 02:13 am, made WILOO take the decision to start a lawsuit against Saudi Arabian Airlines. Because the company repeatedly refuses to act in a civilised way, does not react to letters, and only thinks of its own benefits, WILOO will ask the judge to take measures and protect the people of Ostend. All this because neither the Flemish government nor the airport wants to act and ban these old planes in the same way as in Brussels. A recent decision by a Brussels court, taking the argument of WHO-norms in account, gives us hope. All Belgians should be treated equal.
