Hey,

I'm going to the USA this summer which is a first for me. As I will stay for less than 90 days and going as a tourist I figure I fulfill the criteria for the Visa Waiver Program and so I don't have to go through the hassle of obtaining a visa.

However, I've noticed a clause that specifies that you have to arrive in the US on a carrier participating in the program and that the relevant form will be provided by the carrier. Can I safely assume that alla major airlines flying to the US are participating? I will be flying with Malaysia Airlines so I figure it won't be a problem but...it would be quite a letdown if I was to be refused entry. Anyone knows about MH?

Thanks,

SMA

Don't forget to make sure that you (and anyone travelling with you) all have a machine readable passport. If not, you will need a Visa.
People are still getting caught out by this

Thanks a lot guys. My passport is indeed machine readable so that won't be a problem.
