Have Saudi Arabian dropped these places?

Nigera as a country and cities Trivandrum, Ankara and Tripoli are not showing at their website anymore.

Did they restart TIP in 2003? what other African cities and countries have they pulled out of.

Still showing Kano on the schedule, the rest are only done during Haj season I think.
Ankara is not on the books now but Istanbul is with 4 flights a week.
Things change daily here though.
