Any idea of the names of the flight and cabin crew from the Kam Air crash in Afghanistan recently?

Not sure if any names, apart from the first officer's (a Russian Canadian), have been published so far. As for the nationalities, the captain and three flight attendands were Russian as well. Two cabin crew were Afghani and one Moldovan.
