Grainger

AerBabe

Or when you get a bird strike. :8

Did you squawk 7700??

Orange Arm Waver
29th Mar 2005, 13:02
Or when you get a bird strike.

I should be so lucky...:(

Saw a badge at weekend an I know I should have got it...
"I'm not cheap I'm just on special offer!" :E :E

airship
29th Mar 2005, 13:15
Awaiting confirmation on the 7700. Where's ATC (Jerricho) when you need 'em? In the meantime we should keep a watch for a 7600. Unless it's already terminal... :uhoh:

Could be Grainger is merely Concorde coming in for a landing I suppose... :ok:

Thread creep, but does this thread have a higher proportion of :E per posting that I have yet observed?

Or should I just go and lie down until it goes away

Hey airship: that's not such an unflattering comparison - at least Concorde used to expand by about eight inches when going at full speed !

Oh dear - perhaps it's time for an "innuendo" thread ... :E

AerBabe
29th Mar 2005, 16:12
Hmm... wouldn't like Concorde inmyendo.

Jerricho

I'm sure we could link this to Onan's "Second from the left" thread :E

Where's ATC when you need them? Probably eating donuts and drinking coffee.

AerBabe
30th Mar 2005, 08:08
I'm building up to doughnuts and coffee. While covering air/ground the other day, my colleague and I did the crossword and drank tea.

Blacksheep

I'm willing to give mine away free, but only to someone who doesn't already have one... :suspect:

airship

That's very generous of you Blacksheep! But it could get messy later unless you're sitting down... :) Anyway, anyone who might want it would want to know a little more before taking you up. Is it a fixed head or a convertible? Would one need a HGV licence? Has it been regularly serviced? Does it need a lot of choke to start? I see you're in Borneo, so at least we can assume it's used to hot and humid conditions... :E

PS. I know they can do those operations where a woman gets a penis and a man a vagina . But can they give you 1 of each or 2 of the same yet?! :O

airship
30th Mar 2005, 13:33
expand by about eight inches when going at full speed And that's just when the outside temperature is minus 40C, so imagine what the effect might be when in a warm and humid 37C and something...?! :ok:

PS. I'll bet Grainger is feeling overwhelmed by all the compliments...! :)

AerBabe
30th Mar 2005, 13:39
OAT may have been -40'C, but the skin temperature was a lot higher. :E Nasty friction burns.

Anyone else remember the sweet, innocent 'butter would'nt melt' Aerbabe?
