Building time

Hi all,
I have about 380TT and doing my Frozen ATPL at the moment. I have seen that most companies-Airlines require at least 1000 hours.......
Any advice about how to obtain flight hours to get there will be very welcome (I am broke :S ). I am willing to fly anything and anywhere :)
