In order, which Spanish airlines would you rate the best and why? Which ones are best for pilots?

Thanks so much. Cheers!

It really depends on your priorities, base preference, etc.

My choices would be as follows, let see what people think

1. IBERIA
2. AIR EUROPA
3. IBERWORLD
4. SPANAIR
5. AIR PLUS
6. FUTURA
7. PANAIR (TNT)
8. BINTER
9. AIR NOSTRUM
10. VUELING
11. LTE
12. AIR MADRID

The Cipri´s list shows it all, I think it is the correct rate, but keep trying ,don´t forget to learn spanish to a very decent level, because spanish airlines start to ask for proof of spanish proeficiency level.(See JAR about cockpit common languaje)
This is normal because when we go abroad looking for job, they do the same with us. But if you speak flemish or dutch, you can try in Belgium. If you are really good at french or german, try there, your chances certainly improves.

Good luck¡¡

Dear all,

I agree with Capri's list of best airlines of Spain. I only had some questions to ask (or remarks): why do you rank in a such low position Air Nostrum if it is a subsidiary of Iberia and actually provides (in my opinion) a better cabin service since it still hasn't shifted to the "low cost" service model? It seems that this airline supplies not as bad service as you think since it has been growing and growing and, in general, passengers' opinion is quite positive. (I'd give a better grade to Air Nostrum rather valuing so generously others as Air Plus Comet, or Iberworld, wouldn't you?)

The second one is about Air Europa. I was wondering why do you consider it is better than Spanair.

Best regards,

ps: Iberia's customers relations center's phone/website is easy to find at iberia.com. (--> Look that: http://www.iberia.es/OneToOne/v3/centrosAtencionContacts.do)

I think Air Europa is better than Spanair because it has a far better pilot agreement, a more modern fleet, expansion plans, long range fleet a wider selection of destinations... it's a company with a future vs. a company definitely stuck in the present.
By the way... Spanair is ruled by Spanish people, aircraft flown by Spanish pilots... but it's not a Spanish airline anymore for the last couple of years.
