i am wondering which minimum standard should we take when we do approachs with non-normal configration? for example, we take minimum standard "C" when we do a normal 737 approach, but when we approach with "ALL FLAPS UP", the approach spd is about 170-180kt , which minimum standard should we take?

If you're referring to Category "C" for Pans Ops instrument approach procedures, the speed range you quote is still acceptable for that category. I'd have thought that, if there are any handling differences as the result of a "non-normal configuration", company SOPs should provide specific information about it.

It's general regarded that if any problem arises that requires airspeed additives,one should use the higher speed category weather.
The FED's are quick to point this out(after the fact),but rarely referred to in the SIM':ok:
