My son posts occasionally and introduced me to this place (so blame him).

(And in the family traditions I would also like to point out that Fathers Day is coming up in June).

Sounds like Rochdale.

"I'd like you to meet my sister, and my wife." bit worrying when there's only one woman stood there.

I'm not even from Georgia but I had an aunt who was also my aunt and was also my cousin.

Widowed grandmother married a cousin (both around 50) whose wife had left him taking his worldly goods but leaving the teenage daughter. So the daughter was my cousin and step-aunt. And then my uncle's wife died and he married his step-sister. Had to elope to Canada to do that. Today's quiz - diagram that relationship.

Strongly suspect that there will be at least one of my bro-in-laws on here somwhere, possibly in the military forums though. If they would like to make themselves known, they can guess easily to who i am to my consant references to the wicked witch of the west country:p

I despise the majority of my relations.

I have to learn on the grapevine that I am about to become an Uncle.

The Mother gets the occaisional phone call as per our agreement.
I believe it is know as the Treaty of Alderley Edge.
