Hi there, I've heard that Cathay's medical exam standards are very high. Does anyone know if wearing contact lenses or glasses affects Cathay's decision to hire or not hire an applicant?

CX is definitely a high stardard company. However, CX is also an "equal opportunity" employer. For CPP, "Corrected" 20/20 is good enough. Laser surgery is not recommanded due to the negective effect on night vision. Of course colour blindness is bad bad bad !!! Good Luck !!
