Does anyone know what happened to the Lufthansa (Canadair?) jet that landed this afternoon on LHR 27L at about 3pm. There were many fire engines and ambulances, and it was stationary for quite some time before being towed to a remote stand. It appeared to have taxied off the runway by itself so just wondering what went on.
