I have received an application form. as an email attachment from this airline for completion. Unfortunately the file is damaged and will not down load.
I would prefer not to trouble the company for a re send. Is there anybody who has received said form able to forward it on to me.
Many thanks,
technician

If you read the FAQs at the end of the e-mail, there is a section on this problem and a link to a website where you can download the form.
Hope that helps!
Al
actually while you're at it, just wondering what the bit means that says AFI QFI TRI TRE?

Addy,
They want to know about your training qualifications.
AFI - Assistant Flying Instructor
QFI - Qualified Flying Instructor
TRI - Type Rating Instructor
TRE - Type Rating Examiner
An AFI is an old CAA thing, years out of date. Is now called FI(R), Flight Instructor (Restricted), under JAR.
QFI is not and has never been a recognised civilian qualification in the UK, not even before JAR. Was often wrongly used to indicate somebody who had progressed from being an AFI to a FI.
Bit disappointed a company like British Regional can't be bothered to get their application form up to date.
Cheers
Gerard
