What sort of on-board service do Eastern Airways offer? Their website is not very clear and I've not been able to find anything in my usual other sources.

My main questions are;
1) Do they offer a 1 or 2 class configuration?
2) Do they give access to lounges and if so, how?
3) Is food and drink included in the price or do you buy it on-board?
4) What is the seat pitch across their fleet?

Thanks in advance.

Wannabe, last time I flew Eastern it was;

1) Do they offer a 1 or 2 class configuration? - One Class
2) Do they give access to lounges and if so, how? - Got their own lounge (free coffee & biscuits) at ABZ
3) Is food and drink included in the price or do you buy it on-board? - Drinks and snacks only are provided, inc in ticket price (which is high anyway)
4) What is the seat pitch across their fleet? - Varies by type, J32, J41, Saab, Embraer , as far as I recall it is adequate for the sector length.
