Hello,

I've done a search, but cannot find much on the subject of what to expect at a BA CitiExpress interview.

I am applying for the EDI base, and they called me yesterday for an interview on thursday/ Friday - neither of which I can make as its such short notice. They said they would call me again next week, and if I hadn't heard anything then to give them a call. Have I shot myself in the foot by not dropping everything and saying yes to an interview in 2 days time?

Also, so I'm really well prepared, please can somebody tell me what questions they like to ask, so I can do my homework.

Thanks a lot!

Vermintrude.

Hi Vermintrude

Hopefully they will get back in touch with you, I think they need quite a few crew at EDI.

A example of questions you'll be asked are very similar to other interview threads.

Why do you want to work for Citiexpress?

Give an example of when you have given excellent customer service.

I was also thrown a question about aviation news ie. you're aware of security due to 9/11 etc.

Just be yourself, try to relax and I'm sure you'll be fine.

Regards,
