This thing about them getting a B747 is just a rumour - don't believe everything you hear.

I believe KHC uses HZ-WBT3 - the pictured 747-400, a 1992 model flying previously for Air China - as well as HZ-WBT6, an ex-Gulf Air 767-300ER, built in 1993.
A Hawker 800 HZ-WBT5 (http://www.airliners.net/open.file/760808/M) is used as well.
767 pictures (http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?regsearch=HZ-WBT3&distinct_entry=true)
The A340 seen here(sold to?) (http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?regsearch=HZ-WBT4&distinct_entry=true)
This 727 is wearing the KHC colors, any link with KHC today still? (http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?cnsearch=19252/327&distinct_entry=true)

Is Bin-Talal (Prince Walid) running a private transport system, or maybe he is the "authorised competitor" about to be announced for SV internals????
ESG,
I dont believe that Kingdom are going to become a public airline. However there are some interesting companies waiting in the sidelines for the Saudis to open up the aviation market. The Kingdom 744 wont be the only one based in the Saudi.
