Hi chaps,
I wonder if anyone can help with the following; whenever I try and install any piece of software, the process starts and then freezes for ages; either until I stop the process via windows task manager or through letting it run it's course. Processing power is unaffected (i.e no 100% CPU use slow down).
I've also tried switching off my AV & Firewall, but it doesn't help. Could it be a virus (?) or adware?
NO other component on the computer is affected. I'm perplexed. Anyone got any ideas please?
Regards
Mo
