12 FOs, all Cat A and therefore suitable for Command training, have just been downgraded to Cat B, or not suitable for Command. The Disciplinary and Grievance procedure was followed and all were downgraded for wearing yellow ribbons on their uniforms in contravention of a company edict. Yesterday, around 300 pilots attended an EGM and then walked through the airport, wearing yellow ribbons on their uniforms. Will the management discipline all 300. If they do not, then the 12 have grounds for an appeal.

I see the clowns are at in again....dismissal for many may be the only option....these guys will never learn that they do not have the upper hand, and never will.
